Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all transactions conducted on the site www.enyshop.fr, owned by the company ENYWERE SAS. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTCS without reservation, in compliance with the Consumer Code and European regulations, including GDPR.
Article 1 - Acceptance of the GTCS
Any order placed on the site www.enyshop.fr implies the customer’s acceptance of these GTCS. A checkbox during order confirmation confirms this acceptance, in accordance with Article L.221-13 of the Consumer Code. The customer is encouraged to review these terms before each purchase.
Article 2 - Seller's Identity
The ENYSHOP store is managed by ENYWERE SAS, whose head office is located at 19A Parc de la Faisanderie, 95290 L'Isle-Adam. For any questions, customer service can be reached at [email protected] or by phone at +33 1 89 47 18 80.
Article 3 - Order Procedures and Archiving
The customer can verify and correct any errors in their order before final validation. All orders are archived and can be accessed via the customer area, in compliance with Article 1360 of the Civil Code.
Article 4 - Prices and Payment
Prices displayed are in euros, including VAT. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of the order and may vary depending on the destination and carrier chosen. ENYSHOP reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applied will be that in effect at the time of the order.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from receipt of the products, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code. A withdrawal form is provided to facilitate this process.

Article 6 - Legal Warranty and Hidden Defects
Products sold by ENYSHOP are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of a defective product, the customer may obtain repair, replacement, or reimbursement.
Article 7 - Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering. The risks associated with the products are transferred to the customer upon receipt of the order, in accordance with Articles L.216-1 to L.216-4 of the Consumer Code.
Article 8 - Abusive Returns and Disputes
ENYSHOP reserves the right to refuse abusive or non-compliant returns. In case of a dispute, a mediation procedure is available in accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code.
Article 9 - Privacy Policy
Personal data collected on www.enyshop.fr is processed in compliance with GDPR. The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
Article 10 - Force Majeure
ENYSHOP cannot be held liable for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure, in accordance with Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
Article 11 - Mediation and Competent Jurisdiction
In case of a dispute, ENYSHOP invites the customer to mediation in accordance with the law. If no amicable solution is reached, the competent court will be that of the location of ENYSHOP’s head office.
