4. Returns and Insurance
Returns comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC). If a parcel is not collected within the specified time, it will be returned to the warehouse, and re-shipping fees will apply. Optional insurance up to €500 is available via Mondial Relay for higher-value items.
